With more than eight years of veterinary experience, Jessica brings skilled, safety-focused care to every appointment. As a Certified Professional Pet Groomer who is also certified in Pet CPR and First Aid, she specializes in providing gentle, patient care for senior dogs, anxious dogs, and dogs with medical needs. Inspired by her faith and the memory of her beloved beagle, Howie, Jessica believes every dog deserves to be treated with kindness, patience, and grace.

Policies & Safety
Your pup’s comfort and safety will always come first. These gentle guidelines help me provide every dog with a calm, clean, and positive one-on-one grooming experience.
Vaccinations & Health
Current rabies and Bordetella vaccinations are required for all grooming appointments. The distemper vaccine is strongly recommended. Please provide vaccination records and tell me about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent illnesses, injuries, or changes in behavior so I can provide the safest care possible.
Appointments & Cancellations
Because each appointment is reserved especially for one pup, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit before booking again.
Safety & Behavior
Please tell me about any anxiety, fear, biting, snapping, aggression, seizures, breathing problems, or past grooming difficulties. This does not automatically mean I cannot groom your dog—it simply helps me prepare and choose the safest approach.
Matting & Coat Condition
Severe matting can be painful and may hide skin irritation or sores. When brushing would cause unnecessary discomfort, a shorter haircut may be required. Additional charges may apply when extra time and care are needed.
Comfort-First Grooming
If your pup becomes overly stressed, tired, uncomfortable, or medically unsafe during grooming, I may modify or stop the service. Your dog’s well-being will always be more important than achieving a perfect haircut.
